COMPANY HISTORY

2009 OSDA SOLAR was established, mainly engaged in integrated business of photovoltaic modules, with main businesses including R&D, production and sales of photovoltaic modules.
2010-2015 Completed the global layout, with overseas offices set up in more than 10 countries including Germany, Brazil, the Netherlands, Poland, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, and its business covering nearly 100 countries and regions around the world.
2016-2017 With accumulated experience and national authoritative recognition, it has been awarded the honorary qualification of "National High-tech Enterprise", the honorary title of "Class A Enterprise in Comprehensive Evaluation of Industrial Enterprises", and the honorary certification of "Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Technology R&D Center".
2017-2021 Rapid development, with layout in energy storage and power stations. The main business has formed three major business segments: - In 2017, Shanghai Zhaohe Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, whose main business is the EPC overall solution for centralized/distributed photovoltaic power stations. - In 2019, Ningbo Yuda Import and Export Co., Ltd. was founded, mainly engaged in the R&D and sales of high-efficiency solar cells. - In 2020, Ningbo Oukai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was set up, with its main business covering the R&D and sales of household off-grid and grid-connected energy storage integrated systems. - In 2021, Ningbo Zero-Carbon New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, whose main business includes self-holding, trading, investment and financing, and electricity sales of distributed photovoltaic power stations.

2024 As a global provider of smart energy integration solutions, OSDA SOLAR has four production bases in Ningbo, Linyi, Yancheng and Jiaxing, with a total capacity of 24GW for batteries and modules as well as 3GW for energy storage equipment. It offers customers overall solutions and one-stop services ranging from consultation, survey, design, construction and financing to smart operation and maintenance. In 2024, OSDA SOLAR was re-elected as a BloombergNEF Tier 1 global photovoltaic module manufacturer. In the same year, it was crowned as an EUPD international top-level photovoltaic brand.
