On June 11, 2025, the Shanghai SNEC Exhibition kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). OSDA SOLAR made a stunning appearance with its full range of
OSDA N products and integrated smart energy solutions, becoming one of the most watched exhibitors at the exhibition.
OSDA SOLAR officially launched the
OSDA N MAX 730W large-format module. With its innovative 0BB (Zero Busbar) technology, this new product became the focus of the exhibition, attracting the attention of numerous industry insiders and customers.
0BB technology is a cutting-edge technology in the photovoltaic industry. By reducing the busbars on the solar cells, it significantly improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the modules. The conversion efficiency of the
OSDA N MAX 730W module is as high as 23.5%, and under the same light conditions, its power generation is increased by more than 15% compared with traditional modules. The zero-busbar design not only shortens the current transmission path inside the solar cells, reduces internal resistance and energy loss, but also enhances the overall performance and reliability of the module. In addition, 0BB technology adopts more advanced welding processes, which reduces the number of welding points, lowers the risk of failures caused by poor welding, and further extends the service life of the module.
The production of the OSDA N MAX 730W module will be mainly carried out at OSDA SOLAR's new base in Jiaxing. The Jiaxing base is not only an efficient production facility but also a demonstration project for green energy. The 7.2MW photovoltaic project on the roof of the base has just completed grid connection, with a total installed capacity of 7175.6kWp and an average annual power generation of 7.23 million kWh. It is estimated that over the next 25 years, the total power generation of this project will reach 180.65 million kWh, which is equivalent to an annual reduction in standard coal consumption by 2203.93 tons, carbon dioxide emissions by 5881.96 tons, sulfur oxide emissions by 44.8 tons, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 15.17 tons. This will make a significant contribution to local energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development.
The project is also equipped with an intelligent energy management system, which can monitor and optimize power generation, energy storage, and electricity consumption in real-time, thereby improving energy utilization efficiency. This project not only provides clean energy for the Jiaxing base but also demonstrates OSDA SOLAR's firm commitment to green manufacturing and sustainable development. In the future, 0BB technology will become an important development direction in the photovoltaic industry. With the continuous advancement of technology, the conversion efficiency of 0BB modules will be further improved, and the cost will be further reduced. The OSDA N MAX 730W module will be widely applied in fields such as distributed photovoltaics, large-scale ground-mounted power stations, and building-integrated photovoltaics, promoting the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry. OSDA SOLAR will continue to increase R&D investment, drive technological innovation, and provide more efficient and reliable solutions for the global photovoltaic market.
